Delivery
- Free delivery on orders over $100 by australian post
- $10 flat rate applies to regular post by australian post
- $15 flat rate applies to express post to orders by australian post
- Orders placed by 5pm on delivery days will be delivered the 1-3 business days, express post
- Orders placed by 5pm on delivery days will be delivered the 1-5 business days regular post
- You will receive a tracking number for local delivery in 48h
No Delivery on Public Holidays
- Unfortunately your order is not able to be delivered on a public holiday.
- If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will not be processed and despatched until the next business day.
- During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
Delivery polices
- MAVA_AU will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and MAVA_AU will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage
- While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. Please note all gift card purchases will be delivered separately.
- If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
